1. Use of the Website and Services

ZenHaven provides wellness retreats and related services for seniors and their families. The content on this website is intended for informational and booking purposes only. You may not misuse the site, copy any materials, or use our services for any unauthorized or illegal activity.

2. Booking and Eligibility

Guests must be 60 years of age or older, or booking on behalf of a senior. By submitting a booking request, you agree that all information provided is accurate. ZenHaven reserves the right to request medical or mobility-related information to ensure appropriate accommodation.

3. Payment Terms

All retreat bookings must be paid in Canadian Dollars (CAD). A deposit is required to secure your place. The balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the retreat start date. All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made at least 21 days before the scheduled retreat start date.
• Partial Refund (50%): Available if cancellation is made between 10–20 days before the retreat.
• No Refund: If cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior to the retreat start date, or in the event of no-show.
• Medical Exemptions: If cancellation is due to medical emergency, we may offer full or partial credit for future retreat dates upon receipt of documentation.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days from approval date.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

While ZenHaven collaborates with certified professionals and prioritizes guest well-being, our retreats are not a substitute for formal medical treatment. Participants are responsible for consulting with their healthcare provider prior to joining. We are not liable for any health incidents that occur outside of our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, retreat formats, photos, and materials on this site are the property of ZenHaven or licensed providers. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute this content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZenHaven is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage arising from use of this website or participation in our services, except where required by law. This includes but is not limited to travel-related issues, weather conditions, or personal health concerns during the retreat.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website and services indicates acceptance of any changes. The most current version will always be available at zenhavenbrand.com.
